Users, visitors and all others viewing ("Users") the PhuzeBox.com web site and related services ("the Site") agree to be bound by these rules and all statutes herein. This document may change at any time without prior notice and Users agree to be bound my the most current revision of this document. Users hereby acknowledge that Usage Policies such as this are evil, mean and heavy-handed but a necessary evil and you understand that while we don't want one, we need one and you're agreeing to following it's rules.

You acknowledge that all Content posted on or passing though The Site is the sole responsibility of the posting User and is in no way endorsed by the owners or managment of The Site unless explicity specified.

As a User of The Site, you agree that you will not use The Site or any of it's services to:

upload, post, or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any Intelectual Property outside of the bounds of fair use statues.
upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
manipulate a users actions in such a way as to direct a user to an external web site or property without explicit declaration of the target.
"stalk" or otherwise harass another.
post, distribute or otherwise disseminate sexually explicit content including graphic sexual content in text or in pictures including nude, explicit or otheriwse graphic text, pictures or photographs.
post, distribute or otherwise disseminate excessively violent content, or content deemed to overtly promote violence.

You understand and acknowledge that The Site does not screen Content posted on or passing through The Site, but that The Site and its designees shall have the right at their discretion to refuse or remove any Content or User that violates this Agreement or is otherwise considered objectionable my the managment of The Site. You further understand that all Content posted on or passing through The Site or otherwise transmitted via the Service is the sole responsiblity of the individual who originally posted the Content. and agree that The Site will not be liable, under any circumstances or in any way, for any errors, omissions, loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted or otherwise transmitted via The Site. You agree that You must yourself evaluate, and bear all risks associated with the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.

The Site reserves the right to preserve and disclose Content posted to or transmitted via the Services if reasonably necessary to:

enforce this Agreement
comply with a legal process
protect the rights, property, or personal safety of any party.

You understand that The Site does not claim ownership to origninal Content you post on or transmit through The Site and you retain all ownership rights to your Content, however by posting Content on the site or using The Site to transmit original content you grant The Site and it's related services a world-wide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit and display the Content.

Creating an account on The Site requires that you are at least 13 years old. Children under 13 are not permitted to make an account on The Site. Persons under the local age of majority are expected to have parental or guardian supervision while accessing any direct content of the site. Entering an incorrect birthdate during registration will be grounds for immediate account termination.

For purposes of identification, you must provide The Site with accurate, complete, and updated information required by the registration to the The Site Service - namely, a valid email address and accurate birthdate. If such information is found to be inaccurate it will be found as grounds for termination of the users' account.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, The Site disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Site will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental punitive and consequential damages.
